What is the current divorce rate in America?
It is frequently reported that the divorce rate in America is 50%. This data is not accurately correct, however, it is reasonably close to actual. The Americans for Divorce Reform estimates that “Probably, 40 or possibly even 50 percent of marriages will end in divorce if current trends continue.”, which is actually a projection.

50% of all marriages in the America end in divorce.
The above statement about the divorce rate in America hides all the details about distribution, however.

      Ok, here it is the plan for RENEWABLE MARRIGE LICENSES and the ideas that support them.

      1. Contract good for 4 year (like the military)

      2. There will be a reserve period for special outings and formals 4- 6 months (optional/amendments)

      3. Child support is a must if it applies

      4. If it’s a 2nd marriage that individual must provide references from the Ex and 3 referrals from persons dated after the divorced.

      5. Divorces must be unwed or single for at least 2 years before they can wed again

      6. First time married must be engage for at least 24 months and sever in a 12 marriage counseling section by a licensed married counselor.

      7. Both parties must go through credit counseling and credit score must be at 700 to wed.

      8. Parties must have a combined income of 75k a year.

      9. Parties must have an Associate’s degree/100 college credits and/or a civil service test and/or passing SAT score.

      10. Both parties must have annual physicals to maintain medical coverage. If unqualified for more that 18 months will be grounds for divorce.

      Grounds for divorce:

      1. Hiding, not disclosing or complying with any of the above regulation

      2. Any of the parties gaining more that 100 lbs in the 4 year period

      3. Unemployment for more than 2 years without children

      4. **** And the rest is up the parties to find terms that they both can agree
